Arbitration agreement and case law
«All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement, including any matter regarding the validity, nullity, breach or termination thereof, shall be definitively settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitral Tribunal of the Principality of Andorra (ATPA), by one or more arbitrators appointed pursuant to those Rules.
