Graduated in Law (1971) and Economics (1973), PhD in Law from the Università di Bologna (1975), Professor of Civil Law (1980) -now emeritus-, I teach and research on Civil Law, Law and Economics and Theory of Legislation. I have been partner and counselor (Cuatrecasas), Judge (Andorra), international arbitrator, visiting professor (Germany, USA), columnist (La Vanguardia, El País, El Periódico) and general director of Law and legal entities at the Department of Justice of the GenCat.
