Miquel Bellera in one of the name partners of López & Bellera, a law firm created in 2013.
A former student at the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole (1994), he also holds a Master’s degree in European law, in the course of which he wrote a thesis which is still very much relevant on the liberalisation of the electricity and gas market in Europe.
After an internship at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (1996), he worked at the legal department of the Pierre Fabre laboratories (1997) and then as a qualified lawyer with Jeantet et Associés. Thereafter, he joined STA Andorra Telecom where has headed the legal department (1999-2007). Since then he is with the Segura Advocats law firm where he specialises in civil, commercial, administrative criminal and international law, matters in which he is a recognized specialist.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Andorran Bar Association
He presently seats as a member of the Assembly.
